Finding a job is a challenge, this is already known and repeated over and over again. What, however, is less easily admitted is that this challenge is not always faced with the right weapons. Sometimes because we have goals that are not always within our reach; sometimes because we consider ourselves able to do a certain job even though we have never been trained to do it.This is what emerges daily from the experience of the Corner, the Help Desk of the Mondoaltro Foundation and this is the reason why the mini training courses of the Faber project and the related training placements continue. Furthermore, this year there is something new, the Baker course will start.
That of the baker is one of the best paid jobs in the whole national territory. It is certainly challenging also and above all for the characteristic condition of night work, a condition which – however – also presupposes a 50% increase in salary. To be a baker you need passion, this is undoubted, but the economic gratification and the high probability of finding a job make it an opportunity that must certainly be seized. In fact – from north to south – there are many experiences of bakeries looking for staff and who cannot find it despite the excellent salary and contractual conditions.
The course requires a short theoretical training but will mainly focus on the practical part. Registration is open. For more information, both to participate as trainees, and as companies to welcome the next trainees to your business, you can contact the Mondoaltro Foundation, operating arm of Caritas Diocesana Agrigento at 0922-26905 or write to email@example.com)
